Our Founder
Donna Pascoe, Owner and CEO, is the inventor, patent holder, and exclusive manufacturer and distributor of Il Piccolo Sommelier. Her entrepreneurial spirit has spanned decades and has left a lasting mark on the communities she's been proud to call home.
Before revolutionizing the wine industry, Donna built an impressive career spanning beauty, product innovation, and global business. She was recognized early on as New York City’s top hairdresser by Paul Mitchell and rose to become a color director on Madison Avenue. She later expanded internationally, achieving top sales honors across multiple global markets.
